Discount:

15% discount in case you book both cities (Previous Exhibitors)

10% discount in case you book both cities (New Exhibitors)

In parallel with the fair, we have a room for around 40 to 80 people (seated audience) where seminars are held.

Each seminar has an additional cost of 250€ per city. SEMINARS FOR OCTOBER 2023 ARE SOLD OUT

The fees include:

• Participation in the fairs: Table with 2 seats on the fair;
• Exhibitor's profile on the Study Abroad Portugal website;
• Brief description of the Institution and its Logo in the fair's Guide;
• Lead capture tool platform;
  
• Name Badges;
• Workplace with Wi-Fi;
• Coffee-Breaks;
• Promotion of the event and its participants;
• Up to 5 Posts in the Study Abroad Portugal social media (Facebook & Instagram);
• Closing dinner in Porto.
  

Cancellation Policy:
If an exhibitor cancels their participation in the fair up to 20 days prior to the event, they are entitled to a 100% refund on their fee.
If an exhibitor cancels their participation in the fair in the 20 days prior to the event, they are not entitled to any refund.
